Compassion

Compassion captures the motivation and result of discipleship, and is an essential value for us as The Well Church of the Nazarene. But to say we care and not act is to not care at all. Caring is not just a feeling--there has to be a response. True compassion demands action... even when it interrupts our schedule, our plans. It's the fuel behind God-glorifying moments in our everyday lives, the link between loving and serving one another. Don't miss out on divine opportunities to truly care for others... and for God to care for you!

Scripture: Ephesians 2:19, Matthew 14:14, Ephesians 2:8 -10, Matthew 20:34, Luke 10:33-35, Hebrews 13:15-16

From Series: "This is Us"

We are part of a generational story with chapters exuding love and heartbreak, joy and disappointment, failures and victories. Yet each chapter ends with the hope we find in Jesus. As our family tree continues to grow, we remind ourselves of our roots, celebrating yesterday’s stories, lessons learned, and lives changed. Strong roots enable us to reach higher, farther, toward the Son…ensuring there are countless chapters yet to be written. Even the smallest life events and faith decisions profoundly shape us, and when woven together tell God’s story. This series will explore the values that compel us to live out the hope we find in God’s grace. We are The Well Church of the Nazarene. This Is Us…
