Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, grace-filled, 12-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurts, hang-ups, or habits of any kind. We were not created to face our pain alone! CR at The Well provides a safe space for all of us to get honest about our personal struggles and the negative ways we see ourselves, God, and others as we seek long-lasting healing, healthy truths, and life-giving freedom!
what are hurts, hang-ups, and habits?
A hurt, hang-up, or habit can be anything that keeps you from realizing your full potential as a person. This separates you from God’s plan and sends you on a detour headed toward destruction and despair.

Hurts
A “hurt” is classified as any life experience that may have damaged your heart, or as an offense against you that crippled your ability to deal with the world in a healthy way. Hurts often twist your view of yourself, God, and/or others. Some common hurts include:
ABANDONMENT • ABORTION
ABUSE • ADOPTION
AFFAIRS • ALCOHOLISM
BETRAYAL • CHEATING
DIVORCE • DRUG ABUSE
FAMILY DYSFUNCTION
NEGLECT • RAPE
REJECTION • UNFORGIVENESS

Hang-ups
Hang-ups are the road blocks that keep you from progressing further in God’s plan for your life. They’re often shaped by something you were taught or believed as a child, or an unhealthy attitude you may have adopted as a means of coping with life’s challenges. Here are some common hang-ups:
ANGER • ANXIETY
BODY IMAGE • BULLYING
CODEPENDENCY • CONTROL
DEPRESSION • ENVY • FEAR
GUILT/SHAME • LAZINESS
MATERIALISM • PRIDE
PERFECTIONISM
PROCRASTINATION

Habits
Habits tend to be unhealthy patterns that often start as a perceived “remedy” for a problem in your life, but turn into a chronic bad behavior or addiction. Habits are the repeat, default scripts you run to “when the going gets tough” and lead to trouble in your life. Some common habits are:
ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR • ALCOHOL
BITTERNESS • DRUGS
DISORDERED EATING • GAMBLING
GOSSIP • ISOLATION • LYING
PORNOGRAPHY
SPENDING PROBLEMS
SELF-HARM • SEXUAL INTEGRITY
WORKAHOLISM

While parents find hope and healing at Celebrate Recovery, kids at Celebration Station are discovering the same truths in a way that’s tailored specifically for them. Through stories, play, and connecting with new friends, they’re learning healthy ways to process emotions, build character, and experience God’s love while in a safe, joy-filled space!
Check-in for Celebration Station opens at 6:15pm.
Check-out available at 7:30pm (after the large group) or 8:30pm (after Open Share).
Ready for real change?
If you’re ready to move beyond surface-level recovery and experience real, lasting change, then Step Studies are for you! These groups are gender-specific, mixed-issue, and take place weekly in a safe, confidential environment. Different from our Open Share groups, Step Studies are focused, intentional, and life-changing!
Healing happens in community.
Step Studies typically last 9-12 months and are one of the most powerful tools we offer, allowing participants to work through Celebrate Recovery’s 8 Principles and 12 Steps within a structured, Christ-centered group.
