Welcome to The Well!

Our name–and our values–come from John Chapter 4, where we see Jesus’ intentional interaction with a woman at a well. He saw her exactly as she was, thirsty and alone, and offered her the gift of living water. Just as she was compelled to share her story, we too are FILLED UP to be POURED OUT.

Church should be a place where you know you are loved, and it is our prayer that you’ll find a place to belong, build lasting friendships, experience God’s presence, and leave encouraged, knowing you matter to Him–and to us.

Dirty Hands, Clean Hearts

The pharisees relied on oral regulations to pretct people and their relationship with God. But over time, external things became their focus, and these traditions had blinded them to who God was and what He wanted. Corruption begins inside our hearts, not outside. The pharisees' hands were clean, but their heart had been defiled. Jesus wants holiness to be understood through mercy, grace, caring and compassion, deliverance and community. Let us not miss the invitation the way the pharisees did, and join Jesus in the mission of God.

Life often happens in times of waiting. In 1 Thessalonians, the Apostle Paul encourages the church to show up for the day-to-day: love the people in front of us, serve hard, and hang on to hope. In the meantime, we are learning how to live with purpose right here, right now.

How can we pray for you?

We believe in the power of a praying community, and our pastoral staff, lay leaders, and dedicated prayer groups would be honored to lift up your needs before God!
