Alabaster Offering
Alabaster Offering
Our annual Alabaster Offering provides funds for property and buildings around the world. While we understand the church consists of the people of God and not a building, buildings erected for the purpose of ministry help provide a sense of permanence, functionally enhance ministry efforts, and convey an attitude that the Church of the Nazarene intends to “put down roots.”
Alabaster boxes are located at the back of the sanctuary for anyone that would like a place to collect an offering for missions facilities around the world–churches, schools, hospitals, etc. Boxes can be re-used year after year, and serve as a visual reminder to not only give sacrificially, but to pray for those who might benefit from monies collected.
We’ll “march” to dump our offerings into one giant Alabaster box on Sunday, September 29. You can also support this fund at any time via our online giving link.
