At The Well, we value people, growth, passion, and community, and our women’s ministry, Sisters of The Well, puts each of those values and our accompanying beliefs into practice through Prayer Sisters.

Each year, women are paired with another sister from our church to form a mutual partnership of prayer and encouragement. Together they commit to pray daily for one another and to share support through notes, text messages, or small gifts–especially during seasons of need or for special occasions. These simple acts of devotion create ripples of both grace and connection that have the ability to transform the lives of our church family!

Prayer Sisters isn’t a secret exchange but a mutual partnership. Both women agree to walk side by side in faith through the next year, lifiting one another up and reminding each other that we’re never alone.
